chicken Kapitan


Spicy chicken curry coconut milk is indeed resemble. The sauce is thick, crispy and fragrant.
Can be eaten with white rice but also tasty with bread dicocol nets.
Anyway deh really fit as a dish in the Hari Raya and also provides exceptional taste .. hmm .. Yummy

Materials:
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
500 grams chicken, cut into pieces
500 ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons Nestlé DANCOW Fullcream, dissolve with 100 ml water

Pulverized material:
6 pieces of red chilli
6 red onions
4 garlic cloves
4 para hazelnut
1 cm turmeric
1 stalk lemongrass, white part, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon shrimp paste fried
½ teaspoon pepper
2 fruit Maggi Chicken ® Block Pain
½ teaspoon sugar

Topping ingredients:
2 tablespoons fried shallots

How to Treat:
1. Stir-fry ground spices until fragrant.
2. Add chicken, stirring until stiff and discolored.
3. Pour the coconut milk and cook sauce until boiling and thickened, remove from heat.
4. Serve warm and sprinkle with fried shallots as a complement.

Tips:
- In addition to chicken meat can be used chicken pieces that still reinforced.
- In order to use the sauce not too thick coconut milk which was, not too thick. Can be made from grated coconut ½
