Lemper Ayam


We all certainly know by the name lemper chicken.
Light hors d'oeuvre that often we make pengganjal stomach, or even snack on while relaxing.
Now we try this lemper recipe yuk! ;)

Categories Cuisine: Desserts

Materials:
Half kg of rice
500 cc coconut milk from a coconut
1 teaspoon salt
2 pandan leaves
banana leaves for wrapping

Filling material
½ chicken (± ½ kg)
1 bay leaves
1 piece galangal, dimemarkan
1 stalk lemongrass, dimemarkan
1 tablespoon cooking oil
250 cc coconut milk from ½ coconut

Spices that
1 teaspoon coriander
4 red onions
3 cloves garlic
A walnut grain
slightly acidic java
salt to taste
sugar to taste

How to Treat:
How to create content lemper:
1. Boil chicken until tender, then-Suwir Suwir thin.
2. Saute the spice paste with olive oil.
3. Enter salam, galangal and lemongrass.
4. After enter the fragrance of chicken and stir to smooth.
5. Add coconut milk and stir again until dry.

How to make lemper:
1. Soak glutinous rice in water for about two hours, drain.
2. Steamed glutinous rice half cooked (± 20 minutes).
3. Sprinkle with coconut milk that has been on the boil with salt and pandan leaves. Stir well.
4. Enter again into the steamer and steam until cooked (± 30 minutes).
5. Once cooked sticky rice on top of winnowing chill that has been covered with banana leaves.
6. Flatten 1 cm thick, then cut into pieces the size of 7 x 4 cm.
7. Fill each piece with 1 teaspoon lemper content.
8. Roll up and close the edges.
9. Wrap with banana leaves.
