Cumi Bumbu bakwan Turmeric


One more variation of cooking squid.
It was tasty and very delicious:)
But do squid eat too much, because high cholesterol content.

Materials:
150 grams of squid, cut into thin round
3 tablespoons flour
3 mangkokan leaves, thinly sliced
3 / 4 teaspoon salt

Spices:
4 red onions
1 clove garlic
1 / 2 teaspoon coriander
2 pieces of red chili pepper
2 cm turmeric
Oil for frying

How to Treat:
1. Toss squid with flour, mangkokan leaf, and salt.
2. Enter a smooth flavor.
3. Stir well, then spoon a little into the hot oil.
4. Fry until dry and cooked.
