Sweet Jerky

Almost everyone likes beef jerky.
But how the hell if I want to create a variation from the usual beef jerky?
Ngak hard huh?
The answer ... ngak hard at all, look at this special recipe deh:)

Materials:
500 grams of beef jerky
4 bay leaves
1 teaspoon salt

Flavoring ingredients (finely chopped / mashed roughly):
10 large red chilies, seeded
8 onions
4 garlic cloves

How to Treat:
1. Soak the dried meat with cold water until soft.
2. Remove and drain.
3. Diced 4 x 4 cm.
4. Fry quickly in hot oil beef jerky and more.
5. Remove and drain.
6. Stir-fry ground spices until fragrant.
7. Enter the beef jerky. Stir briefly. Lift.
8. Serve with warm rice.
