As before Lebaran would be really busy to make a dish from the provision of seasonings, equipment, and also the cooking process. This red spice is the perfect solution for us to provide distant days before Lebaran, so we do not need to cook longer the spice mix ingredients derived from this red spice

Materials:
20 pieces of red chilli
10 onions
5 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons shrimp paste, roasted
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tbsp palm sugar, shaved
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 tablespoons cooking oil

How to Treat:
Puree all ingredients except oil for sauteing.
Heat oil, saute the ingredients until fragrant and cooked.
Drain and chill, Put spices in bottles, seal tightly.
Store in refrigerator until used.
