Materials:
3 tails big crab
4 cm lengkoas, crushed
4 leeks, chopped
2 lime fruit, take the water
1 stalk lemongrass
Two lime leaves
500 ml water
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon salt
50 ml cooking oil
Spices that are:
12 red chilies
5 pieces of red onion
50 grams white walnut
How to Treat:
1. Boiled crab.
2. Open the shell clean gills and cut into four parts.
3. Boil water, put the spice paste, crab and salt.
4. Saute lengkoas, lemongrass and lime leaves with the oil until fragrant.
5. Enter the fish sauce and spring onions, stir-fry briefly, remove from heat.
6. Enter a stir in the crab stew.
7. Reduce the heat to absorb the seasonings.
8. Prior to his appointment enter the orange juice.
9. Serve warm.
